The hotel of choice in Newcastle upon Tyne. The location was amazing, minutes from Bessie Surtees House. Appetising food and impressive room - had a really lovely stay. Had very good facilities, such as a private safe, central heating and an iron.

I liked my very very good stay. The room was vibrant and the location was absolutely fabulous in the relaxing area. Bed was really nice, I enjoyed it. The pool was lovely and the views were panoramic. The bar was comfortable.

Extremely FRIENDLY staff, gorgeous area, they have top restaurant. Hearty breakfast, friendly service. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have comfy beds. This luxe hotel offers a really enjoyable experience.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Superb location, good facilities, helpful staff. In fact, it has private parking. Estate Tea Co, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
